Notes

Long run. There are three things I hate while running: ice, wind, and oblivious people. Today was very windy and had lots of oblivious people on the paths. I also got annoyed with my city for shutting down all the water fountains, despite a lack of below freezing temperatures in the Pacific Northwest.
