2x400/460/400/300+summit Mt Doug. Starting the workout I knew I wanted to run the summit of Mt Doug (~600ft), so I decided to do half the workout (it was actually 4 sets of those intervals) and then summit. Turns out the really fast guys showed up. Since I was only doing half the set I tried to keep up with them for a bit. Then they kept goading me into keeping up with them. It was very hard. Could not have done another 2 sets at that speed, but I'm proud I was able to do it for 2!
