4 x (400m + 700m +400m), short recovery

I made sure not to go out too hard on this one, while still making it difficult. The difficulty definitely came from the fact that the first two intervals were uphill, then the third was very steep downhill. The best part of the workout was actually keeping up with the lead pack. At the end a couple of them came up to me and officially introduced themselves, noting that they have noticed me creeping up closer towards them each workout and soon I'll be right there with them. That was an awesome compliment, to which I replied "that's my goal!".
