15 mile long run at Waterfall. This was a great opportunity today to improve my mentality. First off, weather was very far from ideal. Extremely humid, and air was pretty hot. I knew around mile 4 that I was losing a lot of water, and that the weather was draining my energy. I wasn't sore today at all, in fact, my legs felt pretty fresh. But the entire run I just felt heavy. Got a chance to take a water break at mile 9, and figured I should at least keep going another 3-4 miles. Was able to extend that to an overall 15, still short of my goal, but not too bad.
