7 mile easy run. Feeling great, no pain at all. Yesterday I did not get a run in. Was planning on a long run, but I mean literally there was not one minute of the day that was not storming. It's not all that bad though that I took the day off, because I think I'm feeling a lot stronger coming into this week. I built up some momentum last week, and now I'm really planning to make this a good week. I am aiming again for around 60-65 miles.
