Notes

10 mile run with 6X(2 min on / 2 min off) fartlek workout. Today went very well. Started the run later in the day, but weather conditions were not all that bad. I'm starting to get the pace down to the 5:15 on most of the fartleks, and rest time is staying mostly consistent. I will continue these fartleks at 6 reps and 2 on/off until I can get an average pace at or below 5:00/mile. After that, I will consider either adding more time to "on" portion, or taking away some rest time.
