8 mile easy run. Another tough day. Still having some trouble fully recovering. I'm trying something a little different this week. My plan is to run a 40 min tempo near the end of the long run on Sunday. So I'll have a few easy days heading into the tempo workout, but mileage will not drop. Tomorrow I am plan on doubling to get to 10 miles. Sunday 16. Hopefully my legs will be recovered by Sunday.
