9.5 mile run with 6 hill sprints. The duration of these sprints is typically 50-55 seconds, and according to my watch, 0.16 miles. This hill is not quite as steep as the grass hill or concrete hill in Chicago, but it is still fairly challenging. This workout went very well today, and I was pushing the pace well under 5:00 on the last few reps. I'm definitely looking to keep this pace under 5:00 as I add on more hills each week.
