(6,5,4,3,2,1)x(2X200) on the treadmill @ 1% incline. 1 min rest between the tempo and 200s, and 2 min rest transitioning from the 200's back to the tempo. Held a constant 11.2 mph (5:21/mile) for the tempos, and 14 mph (4:17/mile) for the 200s. This was a tough one, and I think choosing 11.2 mph on the tempos was perfect; any faster and I probably would not have made it through until the end. The treadmill is capped at 14 mph, so each 200 was right at 32 seconds. Definitely felt like I could have made those a little faster on the track, but having that 1% incline defiantly made a difference.
