4X(2 min on / 2 min off). Pace was exactly where I wanted to be. Hoping to be averaging under 5 very soon. For the beginning part of track training, I'm focusing more on speed endurance. I know that I can structure this workout to be under 5 min avg pace, but my goal before indoor season is to build up to about 3 min with 1:30 rest @ 5:00 avg pace. Not point in going crazy on speed when indoor season is probably not likely anyways, but I still want to make these significantly faster than XC summer training, and at shorter rest.
