10 mile run with 6X(2 min on / 1:30 off) fartlek workout. Little slower this week on the fartlek workout, but I also cut rest time by 30 seconds. Trying to increase my aerobic capacity, and I don't really think I need to train much faster than the last fartlek workout (about 5:00-5:15 pace). So now I'm cutting down rest time, and maybe by the end of the summer I will also increase the duration of the fartlek by 30-60 seconds.
