4 mile easy run. These past two days have been terrible. Running conditions have been fairly decent, it's just that my legs just don't feel like they're recovering quick enough. To alleviate this issue, I am trying a few new things that I think might help. First, I am focusing on replenishing electrolytes, as I have mainly been drinking water the past few weeks. I am also starting to take a daily multivitamin to make sure I am getting enough nutrients. I am adding protein shakes to my diet on speed workout days and long runs. As always, I am stretching after every run, and I've been getting pretty good sleep lately.
