8 mile easy run. Today kinda sucked. Just wasn't feeling that good. Tried to throw in a tempo, but I stopped after about 5 mins. I will probably try to do another tempo for tomorrow's run. Yesterday I didn't run. I was trying to get a project done, and it took way longer than I expected. I was up until like 4am on Thursday morning, got about 4 hours of sleep. I was planning on getting in run in after the recruit call, but I was exhausted. So maybe I'll try to throw in extra mileage by doubling one day this week (depending on how I feel), but if not, I should fall a 6-8 miles short of 50.
