Notes
-Ran an easy 4.19 mile shakeout run with Andres.
-We just ran from my house to up around Neuqua. We took it pretty easy and I felt great.
-I also saw my cousin while we were running up by Neuqua, he lives close, but I haven't seen him since the summer.
-I am probably going to do a nice easy run tomorrow, likely 45-60 minutes.
