-Ran 9x1000s with Andres.
-We weren't sure what threshold pace would be, so I looked it up on the tinman running calculator. It said we should run these in around 3:37-3:40, we tried the first one out at that pace, but it just didn't feel right, so I just kinda went be feel.
-This workout was pretty good, but it would have been a lot better if we went faster on the first few.
