-Ran 9x1000s with Andres.

-We weren't sure what threshold pace would be, so I looked it up on the tinman running calculator. It said we should run these in around 3:37-3:40, we tried the first one out at that pace, but it just didn't feel right, so I just kinda went be feel.

-This workout was pretty good, but it would have been a lot better if we went faster on the first few.

Unbelievable. The pace you are looking up is based on three months ago. You are in much better shape. Good for you to go by feel. The consistency of these tells me you picked the right pace. You are ready to run sub 16 for 3 miles right now!
