Notes

Ran 4.5 miles with Andres and some of the older guys. We took it really easy the whole time, and I felt pretty good. After we finished, we did our 2x3x30's. I feel a lot slower on the 30's than I did when we first began, and my times reflect that too. I'm still not really sure how I feel about 30's yet, but I'm sure that they will benefit me in some way. In between n the two sets, we did 1 mile easy. Once we finished the 30's,we did our 10 strides and then went upstairs for abs and hips. I only got through abs and part of hips, so I finished it up at home. I'm a bit sore after those 30's, so I'll make sure to roll out really good.
