Notes
-Ran 6 1000s with Andres today, I felt pretty good, but it was very humid, which sucked.
-We met up at Neuqua and then did a 1-mile jog out to Shell Lake.
-It was a lot more humid than usual, so I am sort of glad that we only had 6 instead of the usual 8.
-I think that our average pace for these was also faster than last week's. Progress!!!
