Notes

Ran 14.5 miles with Andres and some of the older guys. This, I believe, was the longest run I've done so far, and honestly it felt pretty good. I really enjoyed the route that we took, and thought that the pace we were at was perfect. Once we finished our long run, we did our 10 strides. We had no time for abs and hips after strides, so I took a band home and did abs and hips by myself in my basement. This week was also my highest mileage week to date. Doing those extra shakeout runs really helped me get more miles in without feeling like I was doing a long run instead of recovery.
