Notes

Ran 45 minutes with Ethan and Andres. We took it pretty easy the whole time, but I was still feeling a bit tired from yesterday's race. Once we got back, we did our 10 strides and then went inside for weights and pullup pushup routine. I worked on my deadlift form today and changed a couple things up. Tomorrow is going to be hard, but I think I can do it faster than last time.
