Notes
-Ran 6.31 miles with Andres today, I felt pretty good during our run and we kept the pace nice and easy which felt great after our fartleks yesterday.
-We were having a pretty good conversation and ended up forgetting to turn, so we just did a loop and tacked on a bit.
-Once we finished our run, we did our 10 strides and the Andres went home.
-I did abs and hips on my own, I'm glad that Josh gave us the workout videos last week, it's nice to be able to watch those while I am doing the workouts.
