Notes

-I completely forgot to log this after I got back on Friday, so I'll just do it now.

-I ran an easy 4.1 miles around my neighborhood and up around the prairie, I felt a bit drained, but I was alright.

-My hamstring is acting up a little bit while I'm running, so I rolled out.

-I enjoy the videos that Coach puts on the calendar of people coming back during their races, just goes to show what you can do if you just believe in yourself and push yourself.
