-Ran 8x1000s @ CV pace with Andres.
-It was raining pretty hard while we were doing them, so we got pretty wet.
-My leg was bothering me pretty bad, so I might talk to Steen about cross training either tomorrow or Friday.
-I'm a little worried about my leg acting up this close to this 5k time trial, so I just wanna play is safe so I don't get hurt before the time trial this weekend.
