Notes
-Ran an easy 30-minute shakeout run with Andres.
-There was a lot of wind during the first half of our run, but it was at our backs after we turned, so it was alright.
-Once we finished our run, I did P90x Chast/Back on my own.
-I felt pretty good this morning, so I hope I feel the same when I do my 40-minute run later.
