Notes
-Ran an easy 6.2 miles with Andres today.
-I know coach told me it might be a good idea for me to cross train today, but I was feeling alright and the run actually felt pretty good.
-My shin is not bothering me as much as it was before, I can still feel it a little bit, but it's nothing I can't handle.
-Once we finished our run, we did our 10 strides and then I did P90x chest/back on my own.
