Notes
Ran 4.8 miles today with Andres and Austin. We took it pretty easy, and I felt a lot better than I did yesterday. When we finished, we did our 10 strides and then went inside for abs and hips as a group. I really want to break 5 in the mile this weekend, so I am trying my best to work out any minor kinks in my legs before our meet. Tomorrow is going to be a harder day, so I'll see how it goes.
