Notes
-Ran an easy 6.22 miles with Andres this morning.
-I felt pretty good for most of the run, I iced my foot before we ran, but it started to hurt towards the end, I retied my shoes for strides, which helped a bit.
-Once we finished our run, we did our 10 strides and then I did P90X chest/back on my own.
-Tomorrow's workout is definitely going to be tough, but I'll get it done.
