Notes
-Ran the Big Bluestem loop this morning with Andres. My legs actually felt alright, and I would say we had a pretty good workout.
-It was raining before we got there but it stopped before we ran, so we were mostly dry, the paths were a bit wet, but it wasn't terrible.
-We did our run a bit earlier today, since we wanted to get it done before any storms happened.
-My legs didn't really hurt that much when I woke up, but I still decided to ice it before we ran, I guess it helped because my leg didn't bother me for the entire run.
-Andres got scared when he saw a crayfish on the path right by the stoplight, not sure why it was there, but we had to stop anyways so I moved it off of the path.
-Once we were done with our run, we saw some of the other guys just starting. we did our 10 strides and then went home.
-I did my abs and hips at my house, I am starting to miss doing abs and hips as a group.
