Notes

Ran 6.21 miles today with Andres and some of the older guys. I felt pretty good during the run, and I think I'm going to go in tomorrow and do a mor ing shakeout run. After we finished our run, we did our 10 strides and then went inside for abs and hips with everyone else. I'm excited to be running the 3200 on Thursday and can't wait to see how I've improved since cross country.
