Notes

Ran 5 hills today with Andres and Sachin. We had a 2.8 mile easy-run to get there. On the first two I went pretty hard, I slowed down a bit on the 3rd one, but picked it back up for the last couple. Once we finished our hills, we had a 2.8 mile run back with a pickup. After that, we did our 10 strides and then went inside for weights and pullup pushup routine. I upped my weight for bench again and I'm feeling really good when we do weights, I'm currently lifting more than my PR was at the beginning of the season, so I'm definitely improving. I'm really looking forward to running the 2-mile on Thursday, although I've heard the track sucks so I'm not sure what to expect time-wise.
