Notes

-Did a nice and easy long-run with Andres this morning.

-I felt pretty good for the whole duration of this run, the pace wasn't too fast and my leg only hurt for the first few miles, which is an improvement from last week.

-We ended up going the same route that I did my 90-minute run on a week or so ago.

-I finally got around to ordering a new pair of shoes and they should be here tomorrow which is good since my current shoes are coming up on 700 miles.

-This week, I hope I can just get back on track, last week wasn't the best, but, with any luck, my leg won't give me too much trouble this week. I took the day off yesterday as Coach suggested, and I think it helped, so I am looking forward to the rest of this week.

Try to not wear shoes with more than 400 miles on them, it just adds an increased risk for injury.
