Notes
-Ran an easy 6.2 miles with Andres today. Felt pretty good other than a bit of a headache. We kept the pace really easy, and I am feeling good for hills tomorrow. Once we finished our run, we did our 10 strides and then I went home and did the p90x chest and back workout by myself.
-with this whole E-learning thing I have way too much free-time, I don't really know what to do anymore so I think I will go for a second run today since I am feeling good.
-What we have ended up doing with our workouts is that we do things in small groups of 2-3 on easy/recovery days, and then for the tough workouts we get together as group (around 10 or so people). I have found that a group of around 6 people is perfect for workouts.
-I would really like to be able to get a bigger group together for all of our runs, but because of the current circumstances, that is not something that we should do right now.
