Honestly, going into this run I wasn't sure what to expect. I thought it was going to be a lot harder than it actually was, but it was still one of the hardest workouts I've done. I ran with Andres, JD, and Austin, we took this workout pretty fast, even towards the 3rd mile we were hitting mid to low 6's. Around mile 5, I was really starting to feel it, but I got into a rhythm and pushed through the pain. By the end we were going 5:40-5:50 pace. Once we finished, we did our 10 strides and then went inside for weights and pullup pushup routine. We didn't have that much time so I only got around to push-up pull-up routine and bench, I also did some normal squats at home, along with lunges and curls(with lighter weights, but for longer). Overall a great workout that I was not expecting to enjoy, I look forward to improving my time.
