Notes
-Ran an easy 6.3 miles with Andres.
-I felt surprisingly good and my foot is feeling better.
-After our run, we did our 10 strides and then I went home and did P90X chest/back on my own.
-Coach Kennedy sent out an email about doing a time trial sort of thing at some point this week, I'm not sure if that applies to us, but I guess I'll have to wait and see if Steen says anything about it.
-I wrote up a training plan for this week (link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1U263IEDUQUuDUnD88-kWaLSzTdDB-2ZOHSDT3AoMRcA/edit?usp=drives dk) if anyone has any ideas or changes I could make to it, I would love to hear any suggestions.
