Notes
-Ran an easy 35 minutes with Andres today.
-We kept our run at an easy pace and I felt pretty good.
-once we finished, we did our 10 strides and then I went inside to do my P90X chest/back.
-Tomorrow we have hills, we are doing a bit less than normal, so they might be a bit faster than last time, we will most likely do them at York Street again since that is one of the better hills near us.
