Notes

-Ran "The Michigan" with Andres this afternoon.

-I felt alright, and all things considered, I think it went okay.

-The wind was a bit annoying especially since we were trying to do speed, but it was okay.

-There was a lot that I learned from this workout and a lot that I think that I can improve on for the next time I do it, Next time we do this, I will definitely try and improve my time, which I think I can do.

Don't worry about the cooldowns, sure you're overall time might be more but you're able to put a lot more effort into the portions of the workout that will make you a lot better in the long run
