Notes
-Today, Andres, E-Lock, Josh, and I did 8 hills at the Prairie hill. The reason we did the Prairie hills instead of the York hills was because we had a bit of a miscommunication with the other half of our training group.
-We still ended up having a pretty good hill workout, but I still would have liked to do the York Street hill over the Prairie hill.
-I felt pretty good on most of the hills, but after we were done I had very little energy left.
-E-Lock did a great job today in leading our small group, and he really helped us all get a better workout in.
-Did abs and hips at home by myself.
