Ran 7x1,000 loops with Andres Nico, and Sachin. I felt a lot better today and felt pretty good during our workout. beforehand we did a 1-mile warm-up and a 1-mile cool-down afterwards. Once we finished, we did our 10 strides and then went upstairs for abs and hips. I am really excited to be racing this weekend and I want to see how I will do on the 800.
