Notes
-Ran an easy 45 minutes with Andres.
-I felt pretty good, my legs were a bit sore from yesterday, but other than that, it was great.
-I am looking forward to the 5K time trial this upcoming weekend. I am really hoping to improve my 5K time from cross country, so I can't wait.
-Once we finished our run, Andres had to go right away since he had a zoom meeting, so I did my 10 strides by myself. Then I did P90x chest/back inside.
