Notes
-Did an easy morning run with Andres, I felt pretty good today and I think that taking Sunday off gave me a bit of time to fully recover from our progression run.
-Before our run, I couldn't find much that was good to eat, so I ended up not having as much food beforehand as I would have liked, but it turned out fine.
-Once we finished our run, we did our 10 strides and then went home.
-I did P90x Chest/Back on my own.
