Ran hills today with Andres, Leif, and Aidan Stone, we did 6 hills. we started at a good pace and slowly got faster as we did them. we had to run 2.77 miles to get there, which we took pretty easy, and then ran 2.77 miles back, which we did a pick-up on. When we finished our workout, we did our 10 strides and then went inside to lift and do push-up and pull-up routine. I felt alright today, but my calf was bothering me a bit, especially on the way back. I'm going to roll out and just use the rest of the day to recover. When we were lifting I noticed something, I genuinely feel like I am getting stronger. I am benching around 30 pounds more weight than I started on, and I'm finally moving up a weight with the dumbbells. Not only do I think that I have really benefitted from the strength training that we have been doing, but I have also come to enjoy it.
