Ran 1000s today with Sachin, Andres, Connolly, and Jacob. We did a 15-minute warm-up before our 1000s just to loosen up our legs. During our 1000's we tried to progressively get faster every rep and really get after it on the last couple. I felt really good today for whatever reason, so I was able to go faster. After we finished our 1000s, we did a 1-mile cool-down and then came back to the track to do 4x200s in place of strides. After that, we went inside and did abs and hips as a team. I am feeling ready to race this weekend and want to, hopefully, PR again.
