Didi my easy run today with Andres and some of the upper-classmen. I'm glad that we got to go over the bridge today(It's my favourite route) and I had a pretty good run. Once we finished our tun, e did our 10 strides and then went inside for our abs and hips. doing abs and hips as a group was a lot better than just doing it on our own and it helped get everyone involved. This week I'm really trying to get my mileage up there, so I and going to go to bed around 8:00 PM so that I can wake up at 5:00 AM to get my run in up at school.
