Notes
Ran an easy 6.1 miles with Andres today. I felt pretty good during our run and we took it pretty easy, which was nice after yesterday's workout. I am not feeling as sore as when I got home yesterday and I am definitely ready for those hills this weekend. Once we got done with our run, we did our 10 strides and then I did abs and hips on my own. Right now, I am really hoping no more of our season gets cancelled because I really want to race. I also don't want to miss out on all of my freshman track season.
