200 warmup, 200 pull, 4 x (2 x 50 free, 50 kick), 4 x 100 free
50s in 39-41. first 100 in 1:28, then got BAD calf cramp on next 100, did next 2x100 with pull buoy in 1:35/1:32, then got calf cramp in the other leg. Had to stop. Cramps probably caused by overhydrating yesterday.
