First 7 miles were 8:25-8:10 pace with Nuge and the Boyz, Cam, and Chris
Unsatisfying pace for me, they took too many water breaks at Brian's house & Nuge's
@ Nuge's I left without group, ran 3 miles back solo (7:20 and under pace)
I will tack on the 2 miles lost on another run , probably Saturday
