3x1 mile repeats... goal was to hold pace... think i did about as well as one could expect.

Did warmup streaches before the main set and drills after.

Knee did well until about the last 200 meters. Limped around the track on and off for the last recovery. After a short rest while others finished up, did the plyometric drills and the knee was fine for that... idk. maybe IT band?? Running coach recomended that i work on strengthing my quads by doing leg extensions.
