10 min warm up
5x 6 min tempo, 2 min recovery
10 min cool down
Ran with chad. Knee did good until about about 47 min into the workout (last min or so of the last tempo interval). slowed the pace and made it back to chads with little to no knee pain towards the end. Pain at its worst wasn't bad really just a light tightening pain (more of discomfort). Anyway, i think its getting better overall. That was the hardest workout i've done since the marathon.
It was barely starting to flurry. Windy in one direction on the loop.
