Almost fell coming out of the transision chute. Chain fell off and just pedaled to no resistance causing me to hit the baricade, caught myself though, had to go back for my shoe though. I hit the rumble strips a few miles down the road and it jared me as well. Still avgeraged a pretty good pace though.
