Notes
Stong run. Started off kinda easy because of my bronchitis. i didn't want to get in a coughing fit early on. Really impressed myself with my time though. I feel like i could have shaved off a little more had a been 100%. I can't complain though its a PR by ~15 min. Shin pain around mile 1. After that my feet got numb from like mile 2-5. Don't really know what caused that (not being warmed up, different socks (quarter length), etc??). After that i ran strong to the finish line. Caught up with chad at mile 7 and ran with him until mile 10.
6.3 mile split: 56:45 pace: 9:01
Gel Pack at the 9 mile aid station. Only drank water through out the race. MIght have tried the snapple had i had known what it was before the race.
