Knee pain. Still think its IT band related. Rest didn't really help. Going to try the band for todays run. Jogged a lap a few min after doing this set. Wanted 6-8 of these, got 2. Blah. I'l have to attempt this one again sometime soon (as soon as i find a track).
Warm up:
800 m jog
10x each side and direction
Shoulder Shrugs
Ankle circles
Standing Trail Leg
Side Leg swings
Front Leg swings
Prinson Squats 10x
100m strides 2x
Still did the plyometric drills at the end. Roughly 15m each

Butt Kicks
High Knees
B-Skips
Majorette (straight leg)
Long Step Back
Carioca x2
Carioca high knee x2
single leg hops x2
10 jumps for height
10 jumps for distance
